On the palate it is soft, with a pleasant acidity that gives freshness and a persistent and harmonious finish.

The Barbera grapes are hand-picked in September, ensuring the selection of the best bunches.

Traditional vinification takes place in steel tanks, where the wine ferments at a controlled temperature to preserve the aromas. Afterwards, the Barbera ages for a few months, developing its unique and complex character.
